  • Appearance: Clear, pale lemon with watery rims and legs
Nose: Clean, medium (-) intensity and developing aromas of lemon, white flowers, pear, elderflowers, green apple, peach and cream.
Palate: Dry with medium acidity which is lively and refreshing, medium alcohol level and medium (-) body. Medium intensity flavors of lemon, peach, cream, oak, green apple, and floral. Medium length.
Conclusion: Acceptable quality Bourgogne Blanc commune wine with good palate showing a good intense fruit and floral characters, plus some creamy notes. The nose is less impressive though and overall a light body wine which is refreshing but simple, and of reasonable length. Ready to drink now and can be maintained for another 2-3 years.
