  Tribute to Bize.
  Pale and rustic colour
  Multilayered nose of white pepper, game, baked apple, violets and blueberries.
  Still acid on the palate. Softie with a watery mouthfeel. Very Barolo-like.
  Superb for what it is...the real Maranges reference, I think so. Elegant even. Supreme digestibility. Still thinking that Santenay is the end of the Côte d'Or? Rethink it please...
  Matched some deep fried squid, Prawns Orly and seasonal boneless chicken breast.
  
  Homenaje a Bize.
  Color pálido y rústico.
  Nariz multifacética a pimienta blanca, caza, manzana asada, violetas y arándanos.
  Todavía acuda en boca. Suavecita con una sensación en boca acuosa. Muy Barolo.
  Buenísima para lo que es...para mi, la referencia de la zona. ¿Todavía piensas que Santenay es el final de la Cote d'Or? Piénsalo mejor... Elegante incluso. Suprema digestibilidad.
  Maridó unas rabas de calamar, gambas en gabardina y pechugas de pollo a la Villaroy.
