Bought 3 at the tasting room not long ago since this is my wife's favorite wine. Happy to report that it is aging nicely. I was worried it would be past its prime but it's drinking remarkably well and can probably go a bit longer. This is a rich wine for a grenache so I guess it's not that surprising that it is holding up well. Nose and fruit forwardness have definitely tempered with age, allowing the other elements to shine.

Backyard BBQ wines (Farpointe Cellar): The nose had spice, leather, earth, mushroom, cherry, and a touch of blueberry. The palate was soft and slightly sweet, with blueberry and cherry, spice, mushroom, and a nice earthy finish.

Still drinking well. Red cherry and raspberry with some baking spice notes. Need some air then ready to go. Pleasant. Drink now.

Good balance. Not overly ripe, has a herbal note that I like. Full bodied. Alc. comes through a bit. Velvety mouthfeel. Good finish. Good QPR.
