I couldn't believe that this thing was still alive. Not only that, it was pretty darn good. There has to be a healthy dose of Semillon in this. That and the barrel fermentation, batonnage, made for a rich, creamy mouthfull of lemon curd and fresh cream. The acidity is still there, but not too much left. Asian pear, touch of spice. Again, I can't believe this is still alive. Almost as good as an older DeLille Chaleur Blanc.
