  • Had during customer dinner at Caniglia's Venice Inn in Omaha. Non tannic and approachable. A different Amarone- not as concentrated or port like. More food friendly. $65

  • Taste from a fresh bottle at Cafe Bionda.
Deep sweet plums and ogther purple dried fruit.
Nice spicy wood with a clear cut licorice play on the nose.
Smoked meat on the back end as well. Really cool and intriguing aromas.
Lush juicy and balanced on the palate overal.
Lots of nice fruit. Little earth as a surprise...replaced by smoked game.
Moderate to high complexity with a clean finish.
Moderate high acidity and alcohol, moderate and well integrated tannins.
