  Huge pear and apricot nose. Acidity still dazzles at the front end, but now showing some cream, which is lessening the crisp refreshing aspect. Still, more mineral than grass, the flavor goes on and on, and delightful with soft cheese. Drink up - this is almost gone.

  Green pear and apple with acidity showing through on the nose, light spiciness as well. The palate gives big green fruits early on with a acidity that doesn't take over until late in the finish and is gentle. I could use a touch more acidity but it's approach is fun. Distinct green apple, light coconut showing through on the mid-palate. Short finish after the acidity takes over, clean and delicious.
