(Weingut Kracher Trockenbeerenauslese Scheurebe #11 Zwischen den Seen) Reminds me of Georgia peach pie with pineapple topping; orange-cream notes are also evident. The long, slow finish creates an elegant, harmonious whole. Winery Spotlight: Weingut Kracher

Smooth sweetness, caramel, orange peel, fruit and very good balance. Some noble rot, best of Kracher wines so far (tasted about 20 times).

Tasted blind. Salmon pink-orange. Oodles of quince jam here, great acidity and sweetness, hints of burnt caramel. Crazy wine.
