  Decanted 1 hour. ruby colour. nose: mushrooms, blackberries, fresh. A little bit rustic but very classic. Good. taste: noble but simple in a way. Very delicate accidity, good harmony, ideal tannins, long fonish. Great to food - very mouthwashing. I had it to veal tanderloin baked with vegetables - perfect match.
