Shows its California chardonnay colors, which doesn’t mean it was bad, but it did wear its oak with pride. Bright aromas of honeysuckle break through. Cloudy honey color. Although the wine was big bodied with large legs, there was enough crispness to keep things lively. Vanilla, caramel, lemon, and buttered toast. Nice. My score: Very Good.
