  • Another 'lost' bottle of this delicious and well preserved wine. It has plenty of classic Chablis oyster-shell, lemon drop, apple, straw and honey character with a round delicious fruit character with a laser like cut straight through and out into a long and gripping palate. Great stuff at 20 years old ! Lifts a finger to all those excuses made for premature oxidation of the past 15 years.

  • From my 'lost cellar'. A delicious surprise. 19 year old premier cry Chablis in perfect shape for age with classic oyster-shell, lemon, apple, honey and hay nose. Palate fresh with plenty of crisp lemon and apple fruit characters leading into that oyster-shell and limestone minerality. Very good cut and finish. If only corks were a reliable closure !
