Had bottle at cabin full of apple orchard infused minerality that just kept getting richer and creamy as the evening progressed and was a great compliment to a herb stuffed roasted cornice hen. I’ll try & give my other bottles of this another 3-4 years –no premox.

Limited nose. Chardonnay evident. Pleasant balance but limited intensity; fine acidity; ready to drink, probably sound for another year. Improved and gained some limited depth during 20 minutes. Drank with commercial meatloaf, mashed potatoes and szechuan vegetables. Pleasant wine but not a $20 buy. WA rated this in the low nineties; tough to see why. (2 views)

Nose displays lots of lemon framed noticeably by oak. Lighter fruit flavors than the other bottlings recently tried, I would think this needs to be consumed early.
