  Concentrated, Fairy dishwashing-liquid yellow appearance. Quite reticent, even restrained nose with aromas of ripe citrus fruits, peach marmalade and sweet florals. Quite full-bodied, even oily on the palate with rather modet acidity, not capable of cutting through the rich mouthfeel. Intense sweetness on the palate with surprisingly light flavors of mainly honey, with supporting nuances of peach marmalade, some red apple and a hint of apple jam. More freshness and brightness in the bright, moderately long and more acid-driven finish that offers notes of honey, cool aromatic herbs, some lemony tartness and a hint of peach marmalade.
  
  An enjoyable and well-made Eiswein that is remarkably inexpensive for its style (only 23,50€ for a 37,5 cl bottle). However, for a dessert wine, this is a rather simple and one-dimensional effort with quite heavy emphasis on honey notes and a bit too modest acidity to make the wine feel balanced. Apparently you can't have good stuff for low price, because despite being a perfectly decent for an inexpensive Eiswein, this is still a bit too sweet, simple and lacking in focus. If you want to have good Eiswein, prepare to pay much more; if you want to have good dessert wine, you can get better stuff at lower prices. This offers nothing that the better inexpensive dessert wines wouldn't show.
