  • A surprisingly honest and terroir-driven right bank Bordeaux for an EXCELLENT PRICE. Dark garnet and a little cloudy, suggesting no filtration. Plum, mocha, and earth on the nose. Ripe, round, and fairly intense fruit - with black cherry, blackberry, mocha, and licorice. Good length. Tangy acidity. Supple tannins. Really nice, balanced wine proving once again that in 2005 good wine was made by almost everyone in Bordeaux. 70% Merlot, 25% Cab Franc, 5% Malbec.

  • Nice low priced bottle of Bordeaux. Should drink now, it has nice nose and very good with food. Held up nice with a spicy stew. (Chile Verde)

  • A very good cheaper Bordeaux. Stood out in a tasting of Kermit Lynch wines, fantastic intensity, nice weight, tasted better than the price listed. Finish was very pleasant as well and went on for 10+ seconds. This will be a beautiful wine with some more time in bottle, 5+ years should push this into 90 point territory.
