  Nice clear garnet color that's still very deep. Looks young. Sweet cherry notes on the not too strong nose with some spice. On the palate it's light, spicy, cherry tea. Still a good bit of tannic structure -- maybe a bit too much -- that softens with air letting the fruit/tea flavor shine through. Still going strong and may have a few years left, but you won't miss anything by finishing it up now.
