On the palate, you can taste the age, but in a good way. Clear, pure fruit flavors with a nice acidity. Any sweetness is in complete balance. The finish goes on and on with a lingering flavor of lemon peel. I'm just amazed at this one, as I happened on to the bottle recently and my feeling is that it's provenance is...uh...well beyond "unreliable" and closer to "likely abused". Not a blockbuster, but performing well beyond its expectation level for me at least.
