  If you drink it now, let it decant for a bit, it tasted a little too fruity at first. I drank it after a mild cab which I thought was a good idea at first. I didn't let it decant, after first trying then letting it sit in my glass (to let it breathe a bit), this wine really opened up and became what I expected it to be. Not too much bite, but still enough to to keep me wanting more. It went well with bbq'd pork chops.
