  Takes a while to get going then a nose of mint, menthol, rock, ash and cough medicine. To taste, matt fruit, youthful still, and tanni but good redcurranty fruit. A bit mute but good concentrations levels suggest an interesting future.

  I'm not a big fan of supermarket wines, but this is not so bad. Nice wine here that combines a subtle balance with pretty decent complexity for a supermarket wine. Nose of cherries and a touch of earth. In the mouth soft, relaxed but with fine tannins and a touch of complexity. Medium bodied. Pretty good in a non-offensive kind of way.
