My first experience of a Canadian icewine. Served a little too warm (around 15 degrees Celsius) but still very pleasant and worked really well with cheese.

popped and poured. color brownish gold. nose intense with apricots and some botrytis. palate full and rich, finish long and smooth. too bad it comes in a smallish bottle!

Light amber color, and lighter in color compared to the Inniskillin Vidal icewine. Some petrol on the nose then nice stone fruit fragrance. Better tasting than the Vidal icewine but aromatics are not as appealing. Very sweet on the palate with a note of lemon. Delightful finish.

(Inniskillin Riesling Icewine (375 ml)) Pale gold, with soft aromas of honeysuckle-nectar and hints of raisin. The lush mouthfeel is dense and concentrated, showing honeyed notes of orange stone fruits: pale apricot, nectarine, and peach. Terroir: Niagara Peninsula

Group wine tasting - served with dessert and unanimous agreement on an excellent dessert wine
