  I was concerned this pinot may be past it's prime. Emphatic NO. Still vibrant and wonderfully balanced. Did not need much time to open up. Very, very good on it's own, but would pair well with a wide variety of non spicy foods. My guess is that this well crafted pinot has more than a few years of dancing left.

  One of the best SCM AVA pinots. Give this plenty of time to open. Wonderful nose, medium color, strawberry-cherry palate. Very tasty...want to let this linger on the tongue for a while. Smooth and balanced. This is the kind of wine you tell your best friends about.
