  • Typical "winey" Riesling nose. Strong citrus fruit and - after a while - some faint notes of peach. Lively acidity on the attack makes it a very refreshing wine. Good match with all things white (seafood, white meat, and white asparagus). When matching with food, avoid Oregano, Thyme, Dill, Soy sauce, and other strong or sour condiments. Short-lived sweetness will complement moderately spicy and peppery food. Notes of pepper combine with citrus and peach for a medium-length, medium bodied wine. Enjoyed it much more than previously.
