WCC Chassagne and Puligny Premier Crus Blind (Yono's Restaurant, Albany, NY): Smoky nose. Tart, steely, rich in the mouth. Not a lot of complexity, but quite tasty.

White Burgundy Blind: Dead or Alive? (Home of Chef Andrew Plummer, East Greenbush, NY): Amber color. Lightly oxidized nose. OK in the mouth, but probably a bad bottle.
