  At Strada Resturant, Sherwood Forest Center Parcs - £30. No formal note. Attractive, pure, slightly creamy red fruit, strawberry and red cherry, hints of vanilla, spice and a slightly toasted, bitter edge. Medium + bodied on the palate, this has lovely fresh acidity but is also relatively rich for a Rosso, attractive pure fruit, vanilla notes, an attractive herbal, bitter edge, maybe lacks a little punch on the mid palate and there are certainly some slightly prominent tannins on the good length finish but nevertheless, very good indeed, and should improve from here.
