Very elegant wine. Nothing overdone here, all is in check. Would prefer a bit more of the typical lychee notes so prevalent in Gewürztraminer. Do not expect an overly sweet wine. It compares more to a Kabinet style Riesling (not the taste but the sugar content). Very smooth and easy drinking just by itself. It is too delicate to be served with any dominant food which could easily overpower it.

slightly off-dry late harvest that could be easily mistaken for an early harvested wine. Gentle notes of lychee and pear. Paired with grilled ribs with smokey bbq sauce and went extremely well together! I'd strongly recommend this wine with ribs, or a nice German off-dry Riesling!
