Cloudy ruby color. Raspberry nose. There is a "cough syrup" taste on the palate. Not what I remember when it was purchased. Cardamom and mild spice accompanies the "Robotussin". Short finish. Probably would not purchase again.

Taste is off - minerally as others described and has cloudy/unfiltered look. This is the 3rd bottle and all were the same. Wine may have been damaged wile shipping but weather was not particularly hot. I have other wines from Adrian Fog and though more expensive they are ountstanding - particularly the 2007 Oppenlander,

Better than the first bottle, which was cooked. This one was minerally and acidic with bright red fruit.
