  PnP. Fresh golden colour. Generous nose, honey, peach, abricot, pourriture noble, minerality. The palate is still posess freshness and has a fine balance between sweetnes and acidity. Long elegant finish. Drink now and 5-10 years onwards.

  Mr & Mrs Vinosapien visit FV (Falsterbo): Light in colour. Elegant, youthful nose. Lime, pineapple, apricot and slate minerality, not much of botrytis nor petrol. Beautiful, harmonious taste with totally integrated sweetness, silky mouthfeel and pure fresh, friendly, fruity acidity. At its peak, but will surely keep for like five years more. Erbes is a reliable adress in Ürzig.

  Nyanserad doft med aprikos, fläder, gummi och aningen våt sten och petroleum.
  Smaken förvånade med sin, förhållandevis, spänstiga syra. Vinet var dock inte lika oljigt som jag trodde... Syra, frukt och en lätt touch av smörkola och krydda i slutet. Härlig och balanserad!
  
  Det verkar som vinet har något år kvar att ge. Vinet bör drickas kallt! Jag vill ha mer petroleum och lite, lite mer "bubblande" syra för att dra betyget vidare norrut.

  Initial doft av gummi och petroleum. Övergår i fruktiga dofter, framför allt exotisk frukt. Simmig konsistens. Smaken är söt med balanserad syra. Först petroleum och ylle? och sedan en (något för kort) fruktig eftersmak. Underbar dryck till en varm sommardag.
