Pop and pour and drank over two days. Soft, deep Sanguis with integrated flavors and full body. I don't see it getting any better so I'd drink over the next few years.

Lots of stuffing in this one but it seems to be in a confused phase and didn't settle down over four hours in the wide-bottom decanter. I'm guessing it will resolve with bottle time into a silkier experience but who knows?

No formal notes, but this really didn't open up until about hour 4 in the decanter. At first, alcohol dominated with grilled meats and iron smells and flavors, but after the 4 hour mark, all kinds of oak signatures like baking spices, caramel, vanilla bean came out on top of dark fruits like plum and blackberry. Very interesting and enjoyable.

Easy-drinking blend from Sanguis. Pop and pour and drank over two days. Showed well throughout.

Forgot to post this at the time and I don't remember the details but it has definitely integrated over the last year and is ready to drink.
