    Red raspberry compote with blue fruit and underbrush. Black and red licorice wrapped around bright minerality. Roasted herbs, pencil shavings, spice and smoke . Dense and compact, but light and energetic. Toasted caramel dusted with sea salt. Briny sea air on the lengthy finish.
