Another year, another Bourgogne Blanc from one of my favorite producers of white Burgundy. This is the entry level wine and it never disappoints. A wine that balances the use of oak with the abundant, youthful fruit nicely. Seems a little fatter than its 04 and 07 counterparts but still has more freshness than the 06. Perhaps a toned down 05? Time will tell...
