Brown Bag Wine Dinner at Two Chefs; 3/19/2013-3/20/2013 (TWO CHEFS, MIAMI, FL): The wine looks Light gold colored. The legs are Medium. It smells like Lemon, Apricot, and Mineral. The body is Light/Medium. The wine has Juicy texture. The wine finishes Medium. Al's wine. It was hard to identify as Alto Adige.

Very nice wine that went well with Chicken Broccoli Ziti Alfredo and Meatballs. Well balanced citrus notes and long finish
Wonderful nose. Nice acidity and balance. Paired with grouper/clams. Will buy again.
Nice aromas of salty, wet stone. Salty, yeasty flavors on the palate, with lemon pith and a citrusy finish. Bright, bracing, excellent with shellfish.
Dalla Terre (University Club, Milwaukee): Quite mineral a mineral driven wine. present acidity. stony tang and pasta H2O.
