Good lemon and lemon peel aromas. Lemon and green apple flavors that are very accessible right now with modest acidity and minerality. Moderate length and intensity.

Had this with salmon - it was a good pairing. Deep gold yellow color. Best characteristic is the nose - strong cinnamon and berries (strawberries?). Well balanced palate, nice lemon/apple acidity but the nose had set very high expectations not met at the mouth. Still an excellent wine. Fair value for the price ($40) but not a "steal" by any means.

Domaine & Selections Chablis Tasting (l'Hotel - Beaune): Citrus aromas. Lean, direct and precise on palate, slightly angular. Fairly classic Chablis character.
