Dark red with flashes of mahoganey at edge and a little hazy. Nose is rich. Rich in the mouth, sour cherry syrup and herbs. Structure is muscular enough for a pasta with cheese sauce yet very good on its own. This is a real success for a Rosso di Montalcino.
