  • If you are sitting on this, drink now!! It is fading. Pleasant, but the fruit is gone.

  • Followed for 2 days open. Medium hazy ruby color, some sediment. Big and wound up very tight for the first several hours. Much softer and better harmony on day 2. Compared to two years ago, it has been shaved a bit on complexity and leaves me wondering where it can go. No hurry to drink. 4+11+17+8 = 90

  • Very light color, but packs a well balanced typical quality Oregon pinot. Cherry dominates, with undertones of leather and earthen flavors.

  • This was very tight and out of whack at the pop. Took about two hours to even start to open and was really best on day2. Light cran/ruby color, 75% opaque and some sediment present. Lovely Dutch cherry spices, white chocolate, raspberry, mint, and powdered sugar on the nose. Medium-big body and the fruit intensity is high but balanced, blending into a complex structure that extends into a very long finish. Low tannins, medium-high acidity. Smooth and balanced all the way. This should really reward those that are patient for another year or two 4+13+17+8 = 92

  • Drinking very well right now... This is a mini Cherry Bomb from the nose to the finish. The nose does have a slight sweetness to it which makes this different in a good way. The wine is light to medium in body and has a smooth mouth feel and a lingering finish. Not sure why someone set the drinking window starting in 2011, popping now will not disappoint.
