91 points - A lovely expression of Pinot Noir that’s best suited for true Pinot geeks, especially lovers of Burgundy. If you’re looking for an over-extracted bruiser rather than an effort that is varietally true, it’s probably in your best interest to look elsewhere! 😉

Very good with our grilled Atlantic salmon, which brought out the lovely red fruit, raspberry and cherry notes as well as some earth. We got this for $20 on close-out: very good QPR at that price. Drink now

we had at a small dinner party where we served it side-by-side w/ a Le Cadeau Diversity '07. Meal was chicken / eggplant and rice ... a traditional persian dish. The Stoller was good, but the Le Cadeau was better. The Stoller was a bit plain and uninteresting next to the Stoller

Stoller has typically been one of my favorite single vineyards from Chehalem, but this was just "good" not great. A bit closed and lacking in some of the bright red fruit you would normally expect. Other OR '07s have evolved nicely while this seems to have remained rather flat. Muted cherry and raspberries. A hint of green stems. Not astringent but sharper than one would expect.

A bit lean and fairly light bodied. It improved with time in the glass - nice aromatics of cherry and spice but on the palate it was only pretty good with cherry and a hint of earthiness.
