Rockss and Fruit

(Mas de Daumas Gassac Rose Frizant) This was a nice easy-going quaffer to start off with. I assume it was made from Cabernet Sauvignon but could me wrong because he grows everything down there. It was fresh, floral, fruity and fun. A very alliterative wine. A good start.
