(NV Sánchez Romate Hnos. La Sacristía de Romate, Amontillado) Made from limited-production wines originally reserved for the producing family and aged in the solera for more than 30 years. Amber in color, with roasted-nut and light-caramel aromas. Dry, but softened, it offers notes of fine cigar tobacco and old wood, followed by a caramel quality on the finish. The added complexity and nuance make this a great choice for moving into the meal and for Sherry fans looking for something special. Sherry: History by the Glass

Este es un Amontillado de clase mundial, un VORS de verdad para amantes del whiskey. Super fragante. Avellanado en boca. ¿Es mejor que el Oloroso? No tan formidable pero sin duda es excelente.
