Medium ruby in the glass, light edges. Nose of red berries, cherry, hint of earth and wood. Tart cherries on the palate, oak, star anise and notes of plum, medium finish fas too soon. Delicious with Asian fusion, lemon pepper rubbed pork tenderloin.
