Medium-to-heavy Chardonnay, primarily fruity, with peach and citrus notes. Slightly oaky/smokey in a complimentary way. Solid mouthfeel. Un-remarkable on the finish, but no bitterness. Paired well with a savory/spicy seafood custard.

Interesting wine......very tight first day, much more intense nose after three days in the refrigerator (warmed up a bit in the glass). Balanced with apple and apricot on the nose, some oak and great soft tannin structure.

Todd thinks this tastes like drinking Chardonnay from a wooden plank. Very oaky.
I think it tastes like pineapple juice that is burning. High alcohol.
We will probably stick to Kistler and Hopper Creek- much tastier california chardonnays!
