Saw this one in the shelf and had to try - it looked so interesting with it's light and pale, almost orange, colour, and being a Leitz wine made of PN. A very "different" rosé. When I know it, it's easy to pick out the Pinot Noir notes on the nose, a hint of strawberry and other sweet red berries. On the palate, however, it's more like a typical Leitz wine - blind I would have taken it for a white one. It has the acidity and the minerality of a white Leitz - still there is something else there - the fruit is not so much towards citrus and apple as red fruits and berries. Fascinating, and a very refreshing and appealing rosé wich I will drink again!

Quicknote
Red berries, mainly strawberries. Red licorice
High alcohol, unfocused and the score is due to the nice nose.
