  100% Sauvignon Blanc.
  Color: Clear straw. Nose: Warm bright citrus and orchard fruit. Palate: Medium bodied, Crisp & bright with a expressive orchard fruits with a spritz of citrus. Really nice. Some pleasant acidity. Good finish. 13% alco. (D 6, F 6; Cent)
  Pairing: shrimp, scallops, white fish
