Really nice, but not as interesting or as complex as others I've had in this price point, if I had to do it all over again probably would have passed, but it was extremely tasty nonetheless - Deep gold, full bodied with a nose of peach, honey, apricot, caramel, butterscotch and vanillla, good balance and structure, a touch simple, yet full of passion, sweet and smoky, delicious and long, very nice! (90 Points).

Belated Thanksgiving celebration. Dustin and Tia came over for Jigg's dinner. This seemed to drink better than the 2008 we had at the winery. No formal notes but was a solid enjoyable drink. A bit pricey would be my only complaint.

Blind, I would have guessed this was from the Macconais rather than Stag's Leap. The nose is lean and appley. Really well integrated fruit and acid. It's smooth yet crisp with notes of ginger and pear.

Aromas of green apple, pear, citrus fruits, with notes of jasmine and honeysuckle. Flavors of gingered pears, vanilla cream, and citrus.
