2014 purchase. Deep yellow/golden color. Dry and steely at first. With air, orange and lemon peel, lemon curd, touches or sweet herbs, and a biting acidity. I've had this opened over 3 days and each day it gets better.

10/17 disg I think, not sure of base year. A year since my last btl. Still a touch of lanolin, like chenin blanc, then wild strawberry and a nice coppery note. On the palate, lovely acidity, bead is slightly aggressive to start, but calms down nicely, lovely mineral notes, inflected with shimmering wild white cherry, an oxidative note, and citrus oil. A very interesting btl.

Pop and pour. Disgorged 10/2017. Even after 1.5 hrs open, the nose has an oxidative note that suggests chenin blanc, like pear and lanolin. I might have guessed sparkling Joly Savennieres blind. On the nose: pear, lanolin and heady menthol. On the palate, really nice crisp acidity, more pear and lemon. Clean finish. Very interesting.

Stone fruit nose and in the mouth with plenty of body and some minerality.
