  En pleine forme, ce Lechet 2007 qui avait été, dans sa jeunesse, austère et pointu, a fini par s'émanciper, s'élargir, et donner toute la quintessence de son appellation : s'il est resté droit et réservé, sans trace d'oxydation, mélant discrètement citron fougère, beurre et silex, sa trame iodée fut un ravissement. Pas très complexe, mais précis, il accompagnait délicieusement la poulpe a l mangue, et même la poélée d'asperges à l'huile de noix.

  Well zippy this, like biting into a big, juicy grapefruit whilst in perfect harmony with the slightly buttery, mineral-ness. Totally refreshing.
