  • For what it is, this a delightful little red wine. When pouring you can see the color is a very pretty light magenta. The floral nose is still fresh red fruit, even though grapes have been off the vine for almost 3 1/2 years. They made this in a light, easy to drink style, which we very much appreciate. The fruit is almost all red with red raspberry, cherry, and strawberry. Little or no influence from oak. Balanced. Just past medium bodied. A little metalic on the finish.
