From 375ml. Pale yellow color. Aromas of freshly picked apples. Tastes of melon and apple with some limestone minerality. Nicely balanced. Clean finish with some depth and complexity. 13.5% alcohol.

Starts out well with a beautiful color and enticing nose of tropical fruit, but disappoints on the palate. Initially some fruity tones, then midpalate harshens up and back palate becomes almost sour and chemical, leaving a bitter aftertaste. Too bad, as this is usually a dependable product. Problems in the vineyard in 09?

Buttered popcorn, peach, citrus, and toasty oak. Rich, ripe palate. Moderate-low acid.
