  no detailed notes - from memory from a birthday party - but this was a shining star of an evening filled with great wines - it had such a precise cranberry tart cherry taste going that I could have drunk this all night if it weren't for the other amazing wines that evening.

  Aromas of blackberry, a cherry top-note, cigar box, lavender, a little asphalt and a touch of grilled meat. Adds a pleasing rose petal over time. In the mouth it shows smoky blackberry, steely rockiness and a caramel note. A little tart but silky. Good length on the bright, minerally finish which highlights dried herbs. A well made, enjoyable wine that lacks a little finesse.
