  • Tasted 11-09. 86% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Petit Verdot, 3% Malbec, 2% Petite Sirah. Contains fruit from Stagecoach Vineyards above Napa and Kane Vineyard outside St. Helena. Aromas of ripe berry, dark cherry, dust, & cocoa. Flavors consistent with aromatics. Ripe style, smooth, very pleasant. Fruit forward bottle but polished & fairly elegant. Fine tannins. Body medium-full, good concentration, round, not much acid or tannin bite. Bonneau thinks this will age & improve 5-7 yrs; I’d vote to drink now & over the next 2-3 years. Reasonable value [Wine Club pricing].
