I wasn't able to pay much attention to this but I enjoyed it. Two years ago my note said it was close to being over the top for me, but I didn't feel that way this time, despite the ripe fruit, and 15.3% abv. I think this is drinking pretty well now.

Ken and Kelly over for dinner II (Ann's, Avondale, PA): This very close to the edge of ripeness for me. Maybe over the edge. 15.3% alcohol was noticable. This shows a lot of red fruit, vanilla, and some black pepper/spice. Well made, just not my favorite style. I will let the other bottle sit for a few years to see if it mellows some.
