Pleasant, but a bit simple. Some smokiness surrounds the dark cherry and baking spices - which is nice. Not too sweet, but not much of a finish. Drink up.

This wine has aged well and deserves a higher score than upon its release. Dark chocolate covered cherries, boysenberries, and cumin aromas with some vanilla, caramel oakiness. Mid palate is soft but otherwise could be mistaken for a mellow, aged Cabernet Sauvignon with a long, lingering finish. Recommend to drink now, no need to age longer.

Really nice, better than medium-bodied Merlot that has some of the attributes of a Cab. Drink now, do not see additional aging potential. Great buy, can not find anymore locally.

A fairly full-bodied, fruit-forward Merlot which is typical of eastern Washington (they could actually make me start liking Merlot). Was afraid this would be too old as we paid $13.99 for it last month - great value and is at its peak now. This is a Merlot that could easily be mistaken for a Cab or a Zin. Drink now. Great QPR.
