  Color is very pale gold with a faint tint of green ~ On the nose there's lemon & lime zest, wet stone, honey & kerosene ~ On the palate I would call this dry with perceptable RS, but not off dry, delicate body & highish acid with green apple skin, lime, slatey minerality & a hint of sweet vanilla ~ It would be hard to find a better German Riesling at this price, beautifully balanced, & delicious
