Golden straw color; yeasty, honey nose; light butterscotch, ripe peach flavors; mid palate getting soft; med long finish. Clearly older than the others. Graceful end of the line I think.

Nice wine, nothing special though. Quite restrained. Baked apples and oak, med-full bodied. A tiny bit of funk adds some complexity but overall a solid though straightforward california chardonnay.

Already starting to turn ugly.... Don't know if it is the cellar not keeping it correctly or if the wine is breaking down. Only five years out so this is quite disappointing..

Med yellow; oaky, brioche nose;ripe pear flavor, sl white peach note, heavy calif oak/vanillin finish, unctous; sl hot fin, long fin but mostly oak flavors- not unpleasant for those who appreciate barrel contributions to wine. Definitely a Calif Chard to watch, in the Kistler class
